Birthing Barefoot Childbirth Educarion are weekend workshops held from 10am - 2 pm. The classes are held exclusively at The Wellness Loft. 112 E. Olive Ave. Suite B Redlands, CA 92373. The workshops will help prepare both you and your husband for the amazing birth journey, so you can have the birth that YOU want. You will be joining other pregnant couples and we will be covering:
