WEEKEND
CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
WORKSHOP DATES
All workshops are held on Saturday and Sundays from 10 am -2 pm

 August 1  & August 2, 2009

 Sept, 19 & Sept. 20, 2009

Dec. 19  & Dec. 20, 2009

The workshops include::

• History of childbirth
• Birth in other cultures
• Learnign the stages of labor
• Natural Pain Coping Tecniques
• Birth Art Activity
• Understanding the birth process
• Decisions and the new born: including vaccine and circumcison information

Class Fee: $200.00
( includes Empowerment Journal, Lunch and lots of goodies)

BIRTH ART WORKSHOPS

Class Fee: $50.00 per couple
Includes art matierals and lunch.

Learn how fears of birth surface through art.  We will learn to clear the mind and create a new image of birth. This class is fun and promotes great discussion on the symbolism of the art we make.
